I developed and delivered Warner Bros. NZ’s first Diversity Equity & Inclusion pilot, Square One, to increase the presence of, and opportunities for, Māori and Pasifika youth within the media industry. I led the project, managing stakeholder relationships, participant selection, and curating the workshop content. Post-workshop, four participants secured paid internships with me continuing as their mentor throughout the experience.Winner of Diversity Works Award, in the category of Diverse Talent.
