Current- Tasks include assisting Business Office/HR Manager in desktop deposit log, training new front desk staff, updating and maintaining employee and resident documents
- Helps in assisting in quarterly corporate residential file audits by gathering necessary documents for corporate office
- Assists Business Office/HR Manager with approved resident refunds
- Helps Business Office/HR Manager with collecting and uploading vendor invoices
- Various data entry duties, including logging in supplies for resident monthly bills
- Assists in setting up candidate interviews, new hire paperwork, and onboarding training
