I am a motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking professional with leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. My experience includes developing and managing a number of projects that increase education in under-served communities, with the goal to support the growth of marginalized communities in my local community. I also have experience with employee relations, HR systems, and improving organizational culture. I have a diverse background in higher education and non profit management working in positions with youth from all walks of life and backgrounds including high-income, low-income, and vulnerable populations. I have developed data-driven programs that aim to remove barriers for college students. I also manage varies scholarships that are provided to our eligible program seniors as they enter college. I am proud to lead a team of highly talented and passionate college success advisors that focus on finding ways to ensure our students persist in college and reach graduation.
