Member Engagement Manager & Electoral Campaign Manager (2014-2017)- Elect local candidates by providing wrap-around campaign services (field, finance, staff, etc).- Supervise a team of 4-12 electoral interns; create and provide training and manage their work.- Design and manage DFA Dialer (volunteer phone from home GOTV program); 2 million+calls for progressive down-ballot candidates during the 2016 cycle. Selected the best technology,set up predictive dialer, designed and implemented remote training program, loaded voter lists,exported and reported data/results, analyzed outcomes to continually improve the program.- Manage applications and vetting for candidates seeking DFA’s endorsement; optimized thevetting process, and created a comprehensive research template to equitably assess both thecandidate’s progressive track record and their chances of electoral (or moral) victory.Equity Working Group Co-Chair (2016-2017)- The Equity Working Group was created to address and eradicate racism and white supremacywithin DFA. Nominated and elected to co-chair at the group’s inception. Collaborated to createlong-term goals, short-term objectives, and programs that support those goals and objectives.Data Director (2012-2014)- DFA’s inaugural Data Director. Established a basic level of empirical testing, data analysis, andstatistical methods. Managed 2-3 web developers.- Trained all staff on the core concepts of data analysis, empirical testing, and basic statistics, soeveryone could collect relevant data and use statistically sound methods of analysis to evaluateand improve our work.Online Training Organizer (2011-2012)- Create and implement all online trainings offered by DFA. Select, manage and prepare trainers.
