About Ruby Reid
Valhalla Organics creates homemade, homegrown farm-to-table pickles, preserves, and honey. Founders Ruby Reid and Chris Day met while hiking on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2015, settled in Oregon’s Rogue Valley, and created a mini-farm that quickly began producing more than we could possibly consume. In 2017, we purchased five acres to build a farm and apiary (honey bee hives). Ruby produces pickles and fruit preserves on our mini-farm, which are sold sell at the farmer’s markets, select local stores, and online at ValhallaOrganics.org.

Managed 2-3 web developers.- Trained all staff on the core concepts of data analysis, empirical testing, and basic statistics, soeveryone could collect relevant data and use statistically sound methods of analysis to evaluateand improve our work.Online Training Organizer (2011-2012)- Create and implement all online trainings offered by DFA. Select, manage and prepare trainers.
