• Gather business requirements, analyze, propose design and workflow to meet business needs• Translate requirements to key project documents such as business requirements, process flow, functional specifications• Communicate and coordinate with technical teams in Hong Kong, China and the U.S on system, functional, and configuration design• Manage project to ensure objectives, schedule and deliverable are met• Develop test cases and conduct UAT• Prepare detailed set up manual, operational manual and provide training • Oversees all client support and provide guidelines for regional support teams across Asia, Europe and the United States.
