I oversee the delivery of Metis Partners' service lines: Valuation, Corporate Recovery and Restructuring, and Advisory.

I head up Metis Partners’ IP Advisory services, comprised of IP audit, commercial IP due diligence, IP commercialisation, and IP strategy. Having led our IP brokerage offering previously, I am experienced in advising companies in various stages on leveraging their IP portfolio to generate a ROI, in accordance to their IP and business strategy. My specialism lies in the risk mitigation and value creation of IP assets from a commercial perspective.Through Metis Partners’ Virtual Intellectual Property Officer (vCIPO) service, I advise IP-rich companies on a continuous basis and provide commercial IP support tailored to each client. My role within each company varies, and can include: the creation and development of an IP strategy, coordination with patent and trade mark attorneys and lawyers in the management of IP portfolios, advice on IP protection in joint ventures and licensing agreements, the review and refinement of IP policies and processes, advice in relation to patent prosecution and new filings, conducting internal training in relation to IP management, and reporting regularly to the C-Suite and/or the Board on IP matters.In IP-focused transactions, I lead dedicated project teams in the analysis of IP portfolios including IP rights, licences, technology, trade secrets, in order to identify strengths and commercial risks in the portfolio and provide valuable advice on risk mitigation to lenders and investors. During my time with Metis Partners, I have advised on IP portfolios of companies spread across numerous industries including: software, app development, fashion, retail, manufacturing, electronics, consumer products, oil and gas, medical devices, material sciences, and renewables.

As an intellectual property analyst, I work across the IP Advisory and IP Commercialisation departments at Metis Partners. Managing the delivery of client assignments, my responsibilities primarily cover IP asset sales (IP brokerage), IP audits, commercial IP due diligence and provision of IP strategy advice. I also support Metis Partners' Corporate Recovery and Restructuring team in IP asset sales and valuation. Strategic management has always been an area that I am truly passionate about. I currently hold the position of Intern Manager at Metis Partners, where I manage the intern team strategically and handle internal resource allocation with the objective of maximising company efficiency. I am a skilled and experienced project manager who have consistently led and completed client assignment to a high standard and in a timely manner. Since joining Metis Partners, I have assisted in building and optimising the company's IP asset sale service in accordance the department's strategic objectives. I have also grown to be a specialist in providing strategic and commercial recommendations regarding IP right protection and exploitation, as well as identifying IP assets within companies across a multitude of industries and sectors. These include fashion and retail, software and app development, medical devices, construction machinery, wearables, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
