I currently work with Boulder County's Wildfire Partners program as an Administrative Assistant. In my role I process program participant reports, communicate with homeowners via our phone line and email account, work closely with Salesforce software to input homeowner data, and support larger administrative projects. Some of my recent projects include the creation of participant surveys and writing content for the program's blog.

I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a multi-semester graduate fellowship with Mad Agriculture. As part of this experience my team and I worked closely with Mad Lands CFO/COO Tanner Starbard and a Boulder County land owner to create strategic early stage Program Development for a former County Golf Course turned Agricultural Learning Hub. Throughout the project we conducted primary and secondary research on Agricultural Incubator program models, completed observation and site assessment, interviewed local farmers to gain understanding of community needs, and created an in-depth land use and stewardship plan.

After completing a Permaculture Design Certification at Omega Institute in 2019, I joined Omega's incredible Garden Staff and had the pleasure of building my agricultural experience on the team for two growing seasons. This role provided me with the foundation of my agricultural skills and allowed me to grow as a small scale steward, gardener, and caretaker.
