Achievements include:Successfully launching a podcast called the Lake Doctor podcast that uses stories, conversation, and science to educate lake residents about the challenges and opportunities for Kosciusko County lakes.Increased email campaign open and click rates to 62% and 6% respectively through a mix of engaging subject lines and meaningful content. As assistant to the Global Initiatives director, I work on keeping the office organized as well as computer files organized and updated. I do extensive work in Microsoft Word and Excel in order to keep track of students going on either short-term cultural trips or study abroad students. I also man the front desk for the Global Initiatives office and answer questions about short-term trips, study abroad, or the exchange program. During the summer I assisted the director in organizing a camp for eleven Korean students. This included calling ahead to make reservations, planning activities, as well as driving students to their next activity.

Lab Assistant for Photo 1 (Darkroom Techniques):I made photo chemicals for the students to use in the darkroom and to process film. I assisted the students with printing images on enlargers including troubleshooting, dodging and burning, using contrast filters, and cropping.
