Negotiate key structural terms of credit agreements/ISDA/CSA documentation & establish risk appetite on new & existing transactions. Supervise ongoing quarterly portfolio monitoring (¬80 counterparties) & analysis of limit framework, industry sectors, and overall portfolio performance. Defend credit rationale & ratings to internal stakeholders and external regulators, including internal audit, SNC & ECB.

Analyze & recommend underwritten corporate credit transactions for investment grade & high yield corporations. Sector coverage: Telecom, Cable, Satellites, Hardware technology, IT services. Evaluate and monitor credit quality of a portfolio of ~150 corporations via quarterly & annual reviews, actively maintained probability of default rating/regulatory classification/LGD, with direct impact on client capital treatment.Approve credit limits for derivative business including FX/rates and equity derivatives trading, negotiate derivatives trading documentation (ISDA/CSA) in conjunction with legal and documentation departments.

Market investment ideas & insights to institutional investors & internal stakeholders for leveraged loans & high yield structures based on fundamental credit research & analysis of non-investment grade companies. Sector coverage: Telecom, Cable, Technology, IT services. Build financial models and published sell-side reports with investment recommendations across the capital structure, perform relative value analyses, liquidity analyses, review covenant protections, formulate asset valuations and prepare recovery analyses for distressed credits. Closely monitor news and trends, and track fundamental developments relevant to covered credits. Coordinate development and drafting of marketing presentations to institutional investors. Assist in due diligence and road show process for multiple new bond offerings, including several first-time issuers
