As a Manager - Membership & Events at the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI), I am responsible for building and retaining the membership base, planning and executing forums, initiatives, activities, and sessions, and managing member relationships and communications. I have been in this role for five months, and I bring over 10 years of experience in managing memberships, communication and brand management, working with clients in various industries such as automation, manufacturing, IT training, FMCG, and automobile.I am also an IPANLP certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach. I design and conduct training programs based on NLP techniques and tools, covering topics such as goal-setting, communication skills, soft skills, business communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and more. I have trained over 150 individuals and coached over 50 individuals on different challenges in life.
