With a decade of diverse industry experience, I currently driving behavioural change in Accenture’s recruiting function and our target audience are the recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers and interviewers. I’m spearheading the change management to promote adoption of new practices in recruiting process. In my previous role, I honed my leadership skills by managing teams and fostering the development of team members. I managed a Recruiting Operations Team supporting India hiring for both graduate and lateral hires, ensuring smooth interview setups, system onboarding, and meeting recruiting KPIs. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in managing Recruiting Governance, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle. I was a process owner for Recruiting Operations function globally and supported in redesigning the interview process and offer process by leveraging on technology and making it self reliant.
