This has been an interesting profile with new geographies to manage. Initially, South region and later North and East. Leading the zone as Business Head, with full P&L responsibility, involved driving growth through well-defined short- and long-term strategies. Key areas included client acquisition, cross-selling, revenue and cost management, and continuously identifying ways to meet customer needs. Building strong business alliances in the region, along with maintaining a high-level client network, ensured strategic partnerships and success.Collaborating across functions to achieve high customer satisfaction was essential, as was developing and mentoring a large team with a consultative, client-focused approach. Regular coaching, recruitment, and teamwork created a motivated, high-performing environment. In addition to leading loyalty and engagement programs, I valued sharing market insights with management to guide further improvements. My commitment to CSR initiatives in India also led to meaningful community projects.An added responsibility was designing unique travel experiences for channel partners within Accentiv’s rewards division, expanding engagement through memorable, tailored experiences.
