Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from initial job requisition to candidate offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, establish job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each position.Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders in a timely manner.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with service level agreements and performance metrics.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools to maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for management.Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development
