Compliance with Accounting Standards & Auditing Standards as issued by ICAI. 3. Compliance with requirements as per Revised Schedule VI and other provisions of Companies Act. 4. Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns of various assesses like Companies, Partnership firms, Individuals etc and computing Tax payable. 5. Finalization of Audit reports and indulged in various tax planning and corporate tax issues, making replies of Notices issued by various Income tax authorities. 6. Preparation and filing of TDS Returns and computing Tax payable. 7. Filing of Annual Returns and other forms as applicable and prescribed by MCA21
