I am passionate about helping individuals and teams enhance their work life balance, achieve happiness and fulfillment in today’s competitive and challenging world, at all levels.My journey of self-discovery started on a foundation of a career spanning two decades in the retail industry working with clientele primarily from US & Europe. Throughout this time, I had the opportunity to broaden my views & understanding and to experience first-hand the dynamics of daily working across the cultural barriers. I was able to further benefit from the many opportunities of international travel that I undertook to attend business meetings, fairs and exhibitions, while exploring, facing and accomplishing challenging goals.Then came the inevitable break when I got married and moved to Singapore. However, even during this transitional phase, my passion to network with people and work, led me to tap on many of my contacts in the retail industry, to bag fairly interesting consulting projects & contributing to my clients' growth. It was during this period that I was introduced to the concept of coaching. Having realized that I had found my true calling I took up this exciting journey of becoming a ICF accredited Coach.On this journey of coaching, my professional and personal life experiences are my biggest assets along with my passion of helping individuals and teams to have a productive and balanced life. My forte is to offer a safe, motivating, non-judgmental and supportive coaching environment for my clients which can help them to achieve their goals at both professional and individual levels, maintaining the inner balance with mental peace and harmony.
