I am handling Finance I am responsible for all monthly closing processing accounts payable & receivable monthly financial reports; as well as preparing monthly cheques and payments, account reconciliation/balancing General accounting procedures. My role includes maintaining relationship with banks and vendors. Maintaining the stock report; invoice monitoring credit period & collections. Handling the purchase documentation.

• Reporting of all financial & non-financial transactions including high value purchases in liquid schemes.• Following processes and policies laid down by company and by Regulatory Authority to ensure maximum compliance.• Ensuring timely and error free transaction processing with growing volume.• Identifying process improvement opportunities and cost reduction areas.• Adhering to and comply with the service standards prescribed by the company in respect of query redressal & providing prompt product information. • Providing issue resolution to the best ability at branch level, thereby reducing burden at Head Office level.• Keeping oneself updated with changes in company procedures, policies and also stock market related changes such as regulatory frameworks and new funds and stock introductions.• Building a strong relationship with service providers/vendors like transfer agents, bankers, etc. at the local level.
