Manager -sales co-ordination

 Individual Handling of Import consignments - Customer Service & Documentation of Air Imports. Coordination with customer for smooth functioning of shipments, Complaints and other issues pertaining to the consignments. Maintaining and updating files relating to company and clients. Follow up and coordinate with Clients & Agents of Logistics. Follow up and update clients for their shipments from the point of pick up to ultimate delivery at their door step. Following up and closing new business of existing clients for AIR. Co-ordination, Negotiation and follow up with Overseas Agents.  Individually handling Pricing of air consignment with overseas and selling to client.  Preparation of Status Reports & Activity Report on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis. Preparation of freight invoice/ preparing cost sheet on the basis of selling to client. Reporting directly to Directors.  Playing an important role in generating revenue for company and adding value towards theservices offered to our clients and overseas agents.
