Successfully implementing the initiative from the ground up, including assortment publishing, content management, inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and shipping.  Successfully deploying and optimizing three ERP systems to meet the growing company’s evolving needs and enhanced strategic decision-making and operational insights through data centralization and advanced reporting solutions. Pioneering an e-commerce inventory forecasting model that has been in use for 14+ years and is now set to be further enhanced with machine learning capabilities. Training and managing 10+ product owners and mentoring high-performing teams at all levels, achieving an 80% retention rate with 7-8 years tenure, supporting internal career advancement.  Conceptualizing and deploying a multi-warehouse strategy that improved efficiency and parcel delivery speed to the West Coast by 28%, expanded customer base by 10%, decreased costs, and reduced overseas lead time by 25%. Negotiating contracts with IT-managed services, e-commerce platforms, and consulting agencies.
