Hello!✨I am a counselling psychologist and the co-founder of Saanjh. I have a social justice and intersectional stance. My practice is trauma-informed and affirmative to people from various identity locations and marginalisations. Beyond individual sessions, I also believe in the power of group work and creating larger spaces and communities where conversations around mental health are not stigmatised. Additionally, I believe that everything is interconnected, and therefore like to be aware of factors that impact mental health that may fall through the cracks of the dominant narrative. I not only wish to create a safe and supportive space for people to explore themselves; but to also explore along with the people whose journey I get the privilege to witness💜
