-Reviewed current literature on non-traditional competencies of students (effort, engagement and perseverance) and its determinants at micro, meso and macro levels-Built a model to predict the ways in which students skipped questions in PISA 2015 to highlight the level of students’ perseverance

-Reviewed current literature on corporate social responsibility (CSR) in India and wrote a report on The Companies Act 2013 and its implication on CSR landscape-Analyzed CSR expenditure across Indian firms to get trends in industry wise CSR expenditure, type of investment made, sectors invested in, etc
