- Driven innovative projects in Epoxy, Acrylics, CRD, Structural adhesive and flexible packaging adhesives in order to expand core business through new product development and innovations.- Hands-on experience with Anaerobic adhesives, Footwear adhesives, solvent cements, colorants, acrylic sealants, anti-skid coatings, formulation and application testing. Executed ideation project on jewelry adhesive and low energy surface adhesive.- Focused on diverse chemistry for a range of substrates such as metals, plastics, laminates and foam for mattresses, automotive, flexible packaging and do-it-yourself adhesives applications.- Provided application and sales support to product specialist over complete study of product performance in different end use conditions in order to make new product first time right in market (FTR). - Extended operational support to plant over scale-up, process enhancement, implementation of new product up to launch stage. - Coordinated with cross functional teams for timely completion of projects. - Major initiatives for new invention and self-innovation have been undertaken to add value to the present research trend. - Review of literature and patents to make concept note and technical note.
