Graduating in 2020, with an MSc in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore motivated me to begin my private practice at Well Prism, as the world was going through the turmoil of COVID-19. After working privately and with multiple organizations for 2.5 years, I decided to pursue my second master's in the USA. I completed my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northern Illinois University, alongside interning at the Couples and Family Therapy Clinic (NIU). I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of varied age ranges, ethnic backgrounds, and mental health concerns. I have also been trained to conduct group therapy sessions, support groups, and workshops. I believe therapy is a safe space, and talking to a professional can help one learn and explore so much about themselves and others.
