•Review the job description, the candidate profile and compensation benchmarks.•Develop a recruiting strategy (where and how to find the right talent).•Educate the Hiring Manager on the recruiting process•Bridge up the Hiring Managers and the sourcing partner for the clarity of requirements which would fetch relevant profiles.•Facilitate the skill based interviews.•Conduct HR round of interviews, offer negotiations and follow up with candidates till they join the organization.•Maintain the cost per hire aligned to benchmark targets for hires.

• Handle multiple roles during this period in HR.• Independently handle lateral as well campus recruitments.• Build and Maintain professional relationship with the placement officers of reputed colleges to ensure steady as well quality talent inflow.• Manage end to end HR operations for employee life cycle – joining, induction, transfers, grievance & exit procedures.• Conduct periodic employee satisfaction survey to gather employee sentiments. Analyse feedback; recommend improvement opportunities & execution of the same.• Organize various cultural & sports events to engage employees & other team building activities.• Conduct Induction workshops for batches of new Joiners on the organization’s overview & HR policies.• Key player in employee engagement initiatives to improve employee’s work-life balance.• Fulfil immediate or niche requirements through contract agencies by directly working with senior management.

• Negotiate & roll out benefit schemes for employees with external entities like banks, insurance firms, retail outlets etc.• Recruitment activities & maintaining records for purpose of higher management review. • Conduct employee surveys. • Organize Cultural Programs for employee engagements. • Revise & maintain various HR policies and practices such as induction, recruitment, performance appraisal. • Maintain personnel records. • Behavioural learning and development.• Exit formalities• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationship with consultants.
