Senior Associate @ BCG IndiaBefore BCG:Ruchika graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K) where she focused exclusively on developing key managerial skills while specialising in the area of Finance, driving numerous initiatives by being a part of the Placement Committee at IIM-K.During her time at IIM-K, She interned with Mahindra First Choice Wheels as part of the GMC Internship Program of Mahindra Group. During her 2 month internship, she worked on developing the strategy for customer experience measurement and management system at MFCW under the guidance of her mentor.Before IIM-K:Before moving to Kerala for her MBA, Ruchika worked with Vi-John as a Private Wealth Manager for the MD, while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company for a period of 5 months. Prior to that, She worked with EY GDS for 3 years as part of the US Central team, performing statutory audit procedures. While she was actively involved in developing automated tools at EY for achieving efficiency in audit procedures, she attempted and cleared CFA Level 1 & Level 2.For a brief period while transitioning from EY GDS to Vi-John, she worked on her sustainable packaging and design startup - The Sustain Co. which eventually didn't pan out the way she'd wanted it to.Ruchika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations from IGNOU along with B.Com from Delhi University.Outside of work, she could be found playing tennis, travelling and exploring new places or listening to music.
