Hello! I'm Ruchika.Anyone who knows me knows I am not a woman of few words. It’s tough to encapsulate my career in one bio, but here’s an attempt!I studied fashion design at SNDT University, Juhu in Mumbai, where my love for design began and has only grown over the course of my diverse career.At 22, I launched my first venture: a fashion brand called RuVya, which was worn by celebrities like Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhaskar, Sunidhi Chauhan, Rakul Preet, Soha Ali Khan, Mira Rajput, among others. Our work was celebrated in publications like Elle India, Bombay Times, Sunday Midday, and Miss Malini, showcased at Lakme Fashion Week, and retailed across India, Dubai, and the USA.Wanting to explore something that marries design, writing, and marketing, I began working as a freelance consultant with over 50 brands in fashion, F&B, retail, parenting, travel, and more.I then co-founded Meethi Elaichi to breathe new life into traditional mithai for modern gourmet enthusiasts. I pour my heart into conceptualizing products, crafting the brand's visual aesthetic, and developing strategies, all while nurturing key professional relationships.Alongside this venture, I am building Olively Studio, a content and design agency specializing in crafting authentic narratives for budding brands. As a founder, I understand what it takes for a brand to shine in a crowded market.At Olively, we ensure every brand remains true to itself, rather than just chasing trends.
