With over three years of leading the Ads Biz Insights team, we've developed innovative approaches to behavioral segmentation, customer life-time value, and advanced omni-channel strategies for both SMB and Enterprise Customers. Our work is instrumental in optimizing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, forecasting our revenue goals as well as building the right recommendations for our customers using machine learning and causal methods.The team's efforts in analytics and machine learning are at the core of Spotify's data enrichment and insights generation.
