Through these programs, a variety of tools and practices are offered to employees for positive behavior change, leading to higher well-being, sustainable performance and increased resilience.

Leading an awesome team to bring Sustainable Performance and Well-being learning programs like Search Inside Yourself gPause, Sustaining 10x, gCalm and more to Googlers globally. We focus on helping people navigate the complexities of daily work and life through raising self awareness, regulating response to triggers and managing stress effectively. The programs include inside the classroom experiences, community based offerings and effective use of technology for improved well- being.

Developed gPause program - Community of Mindful living at Google. Architect for developing an internal well-being peer-to-peer (instructor less) learning program with global reach.

Leads a dynamic team with huge passion for partnering with Engineers and Product Managers to help them develop as the next best leaders, individuals and teammates of the world! Managing a select set of leadership development programs for high-potential Sr. Leaders in Tech across different Product Areas and Geographies. Knitting a model that allows for innovation where needed the most in the organization. Other initiatives include L&D offerings and career development resources for Engineers. Strives for strong partnership and relationships with clients to solve their needs. Ensures excellence in execution and delivery of the programs so they become extended learning experience.

Design and run leadership development programs for high potential Senior Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents in Tech (Eng + PM)

Program managed Promotion and Compensation planning for Engineering.

Data analysis and metrics reporting relating to promotions, compensation, benefits programs. Implementing new programs and improving processes. Worked with business and central team to determine promotion and compensation strategy for Engineering.

Sales forecasting, business planning, reporting.

Implemented a CRM system to track calls. Overall business process improvements to enhance the productivity of Customer Service and Tech Support staff. Designed and implemented surveys for Customer Service and Products.
