Current- Heading and managing entire functioning of Finance & Accounts Department- Independently handling financial reporting to top management such as P&L - Budget V/s Actual performance, working capital, treasury and forex, major costs incurred under specific heads and it’s analysis, - Develop and manage annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis for timely action. - Liaising with banks, raising working capital and term loans. Assess risk and exposure of business conducted in foreign currency.- Effectively managing inventory and debtors.- Conducting peer comparison on quarterly basis based on financials and providing revenue based and cost based benchmarks to be followed.
