I serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Navy ERP PMW220 Program for the Department of the Navy. I perform myriad of duties including but not limited to; Project Coordinator, Systems Analysis, managerial, requirements gathering and clarification, implementation, interpreting policies, procedures, and strategies. As a Project Coordinator, I currently manage SAP Data Archiving and Jupiter projects for the Data/IT Portfolio of Navy ERP. I serve as a liaison between the IBM project team and PMW220 Portfolio Manager. My daily tasks include providing managerial support by using my extensive knowledge. I exercise my managerial skills to plan, organize, coordinate and monitor tasks for SAP Data Archiving and Jupiter. I also leverage my experience with Navy ERP functionality to facilitate IT decisions for the Navy. Where needed, I provide guidance to the project team on any decisions or conflicts with the customers. For my assigned projects, I report Project Status, Project Updates, Risks, Issues, and conflicts to my government Portfolio Manager.

I served as a Solutions Architect for the CFMS (Command Financial Management System) Program for the Department of the Navy. I performed quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. I interacted professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. I worked cooperatively and effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. I worked independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees, customers and organizations. I also maintained the highest level of ethical behavior in all matters.- Worked with CFMS teams, such as Developers, Business/Functional Analysts, and Testers to deconflict G-Invoicing issues- Analyzed new technical requirements and provide solution recommendations- Supported the integration of new system capabilities through generation of detailed test plans, execution of test plans, and monitor and resolve issues post-production release- Supported root cause analysis reports needed or as requested by the customer- Directly supported all CFMS (Command Financial Management System) PMO (Program Management Office) functions to inject Navy ERP knowledge, communications principles and requirements crosswalks- Worked with CFMS teams, such as Developers, Database Administrator, Business/Functional Analysts, and Testers to deconflict Navy ERP issues- Assessed Navy ERP release notifications and provide analysis of impacts to CFMS system and users - Mitigated command and system migration risks by providing Navy ERP expertise at the customer/system engagement- Generated operating procedures and help desk script for CFMS users and Help Desk technicians to use when working issues relative to Navy ERP- Provided training elements needed to support ERP end-user actions- Worked with Business Development to provide SME writeups for bid proposals. Provided one writeup for a bid proposal of >$10Mil annually.
