These two are fully owned subsidiaries of Care Essentials Pty Ltd, an Australian manufacturer of specialised medical devices Cocoon™ Convective Warming Systems and other medical devices. Care Essentials is a multi-award winner by the Australian government.I have Industry experience of 9 years where I started my career being a tech guy and completed my higher education in Software & Information Systems at Fanshawe College, Canada. Before beginning my professional career in Business Management I completed my Strategy Management from IIM Kashipur.In my current role, my primary responsibilities include Operations, Strategy, Quality as well as Legal and Regulatory, I am closely involved with Production, Quality, Finance, HR and Legal.My strength is my EQ, which enables me to recognize opportunities, foster collaboration, and understand the most important asset of any organization - the people (People Management) who help me harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that foster productivity and ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation.
