As Associate consultant,I specialize in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. My work involves configuring and supporting to improve hiring processes and employee onboarding experiences. At Ernst & Young LLP, I've taken a hands-on approach to integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Employee Central.I work directly with clients to understand their needs and adjust the SAP SuccessFactors system to meet those needs. This includes setting up the system’s backend (Provisioning and Admin Center), managing system integrations, and making necessary configuration changes. I also handle problem-solving for any issues clients face, offering immediate and practical solutions.My experience covers detailed aspects like setting up business rules, Job requisition template(XML), Job application , Candidate profile, Offer detail template positions integration and onboarding, and defining system permissions to secure and structure access according to the client’s organizational needs. Support and training for end users are also part of my role, ensuring they can use the system effectively and understand its features.I gather client requirements, turning them into clear plans and documents that guide our configuration and implementation work. I’m focused on creating systems that are useful, usable, and make real improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.
