Manager of a community for the advancement of ultra-Orthodox women with small and medium-sized businesses.My position as a community manager includs a group facilitation course. Roles include recruiting and nominating candidates, delivering lectures on various topics and content management.

• Administrative management of the Dean's Office and the academic assistance system, including coordination of personal and multi-participant meetings• Guidance and counseling for students, including care of students serving in the reserve forces, pregnant students and post-partum students in accordance with college guidelines.• Production of events and ceremonies managed by the Dean of Students • Responsibility for Orientation day for students from diverse populations (targeting people with disabilities and people from the Bedouin sector) and for making materials and documents accessible to students with disabilities• Production of learning activities and workshops for students on various topics - content, operation and budget.

• Meeting aggressive service and sales goals• Handling service and sales calls to a high standard and in accordance with service and quality values• Instruction and training of new employees• Receiving shift manager / supervisor / complicated customer calls and handling to customer satisfaction

•Control and management of the activity in the branch store for maximum operational efficiency• Management and handling of issues and exceptional events until complete closure of treatment• Managing a team of about 10 employees, including arranging work and performing daily briefings
