I am a strong believer that ‘becoming a reference player in the CEP market’ must be achieved by building strong internal (across all departments, involving all employees, having either direct or indirect contact with customers), and external (together with customers) partnerships. This will be my primary objective as head of the Customer Experience organisation and responsible for all customer touchpoints to contribute to that mission. I feel very privileged to build further on the achievements realized by my predecessor and lead a team of highly skilled professionals, people with a passion for DPD and for delivering an excellent service towards our main stakeholder, the customer.
