With over 30 years of technical experience in process plants and operations, Rudi is a General Manager and Consultant at ABSAM, a company that offers specialized engineering services in the areas of mining and metallurgical processes, consulting, project engineering, risk management, and dynamic management. Rudi's core competencies include designing, facilitating, and reporting technical workshops such as #HAZOP and #HAZID, conducting trade-off and due diligence studies, developing projects from profile to basic engineering level, and processing copper and gold minerals using various unit operations. Rudi also has experience in preparing technical proposals, managing projects, and implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards. Rudi's mission is to provide high-quality engineering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients, while also enhancing their skills and knowledge in social technologies such as Structural Constellations (systemic approach) and Sociocracy 3.0, delivering open and in-company workshops on these topics.
