Environment, Health And Safety Manager
Current Design and implement safety procedures and regulations to minimise the risk of accidents or injuries or accidents in the workplace. Responsible for health and safety compliance of all operations within the business. Carry out scheduled site inspections, audits to measure compliance with H&S objectives. Drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental awareness and operational processes to achieve targets. Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and national regulations. Promoting a positive health and safety culture by being visible, engaging with staff and providing clear and concise health and safety advise in line with company policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, incident investigations and planned task observations to identify potential threats and recommend corrective and preventative actions. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and management, as necessary. Ensure that all incidents, accidents and other HSE data and information is entered on relevant applications accurately and in accordance with agreed reporting procedures. Implement and reinforce waste management practices. Develop and deliver health and safety training interventions to educate employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures. Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
