Cooperated closely with Japanese expatriates to acquire new and/or maintain existing Japanese customers/businesses• Piloted Treasury directorate processes, including cybersecurity awareness, human-error prevention, planning, budgeting, etc., with exceptional results• Provided key assistance to the IBOR transition team by acting as a liaison among outside consultants and internal related parties (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth transitional processes, including system requirements, procedure manuals, knowledge dissemination, risk disclosure and management, and simulation of potential cash flow; served as single point of contact for the transitional processes across departments at the Bank
