Built strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient adoption and assimilation of new systems• Effectively engaged vendors (systems and consultants) by clearly communicating terms and requirements, closely managing project progress, and conducting regular meetings with all related parties to ensure timely achievement of project milestones• Served as a liaison with both SNG and JPN HQs for various projects and performance tracking, post-merger cultural fusion, adoption, and assimilation. Cooperated closely with Japanese expatriates to acquire new and/or maintain existing Japanese customers/businesses• Piloted Treasury directorate processes, including cybersecurity awareness, human-error prevention, planning, budgeting, etc., with exceptional results• Provided key assistance to the IBOR transition team by acting as a liaison among outside consultants and internal related parties (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth transitional processes, including system requirements, procedure manuals, knowledge dissemination, risk disclosure and management, and simulation of potential cash flow; served as single point of contact for the transitional processes across departments at the Bank
