I collaborated on the development of some modules from the linked mobile app. I was the Product Owner of "Trace" (collaboration platform for the dynamic management of work processes)

As consultant I carried out a complete project implementation (analysis, design, application development, technological infrastructure implementation, production start-up).The main solution I have developed is a CRM solution dedicated to ASVO spa ( municipality of Portogruaro).

I leaded the analysis and design for the “SOL” Project. The objective of the project was the creation of a web portal dedicated to functional interaction with users.I developed a back office management application for Datarec spa (a Veritas group company specializing in mailing and debt collection).

In charge of Design, Direction and Coordination of the geographic information system connected with the urban maintenance works in Venice. In particular I built a management system based on geographics object to support the urban maintenance works. These activity include environmental monitoring system and an information technology system.• led a SAP ECC6 migration• directed a LASER-SCAN survey that, for the first time in the world, create a three-dimensional centimeter of pavement of a city: the historic center of Venice has been detected returning planimetry and altimetry of streets, squares and foundations with centimeter accuracy.• led 3 pilot project on UTN2 project ( INTERREG III B CADSES project)• led a start UP of a new SAP implementation ( FI, CO, HR, DM, PM, SD, FM, MM) in 9 months• led the building of a management system based on geografics object (Java/Oracle 10g spatial) to support the urban maintenance works• carried out 3 projects for environmental surveying on Venice canals • developed a new geodetic GPS net of highest precisionon in Venice
