LNG Austria is a non-profit association under Austrian law that aims to promote the use of LNG as a fuel in Austria and the countries surrounding it. LNG Austria also provides LNG education and lobbying with administrations, politics and the general public.

LNG Europe is an advocacy organization that seeks to establish, expand and improve opportunities for using LNG as a fuel for vehicles in Europe. LNG Europe works for a cleaner environment and does not receive any funds from political parties or industries.

The Methanist is a consulting and advocacy business agency owned and operated by Rudolf Huber who resides in Vienna, the capital of Austria, the seat of OPEC, of the Energy Community, the IAEA, the traditional bridge between Eastern and Western Europe and right in the heart of the European landmass.

Liberalization of the gas business had its first impact on large-scale LPG/LNG projects doing away with assumptions that held true for half a century. With the classical structures gone, new projects that properly utilize technology and ‘new age’ marketing will deliver consistent returns – this is our baseline.
