-Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook)-Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)-Organizing interviews via phone / email / Skype-Proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines for identified roles in Hungary and Romania-Creating ads, publishing articles, managing the online content of the company-Testing English language skills-Continuously doing innovative research for finding out and using other sources (networking, forums, institutes, alternative job portals and websites across the boarders, etc.)-Creating regular and ad-hoc reports related to position and candidate status whenever needed-Daily maintenance and update of the recruitment database and the daily tracker-Participating in meetings and trainings, including external conferences as well and implement learned best practices
