As a Senior, I devoted my time into leveraging and exercising most of my learnings from my mentors over the years. Here are some of the things I've worked on.. - Lead developer on a low-latency voice application.- Leading a team of Developers for a suite of Smart Marketing tools- Upskilled on infrastructure side of DevelopmentI've also been involved with technical pre-sales work. Where I was able to grasp most of the business part of things. How to impact a Project from a technical point of view, minimize change requests and provide modern and better solutions to the client's problem.

As a Mid level developer, I was given more specific problems to solve.Some projects I've been involved with and my responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an Admin portal, for a Crowd sourcing application.- Develop a Document management tool, for an International Insurance Company.- Collaborate with a team of Developers on Initial Admin portal, for a Video sharing application - Develop a Point of Sale Web Application for an international POS retailer.- Develop an ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) system for a local Telecommunications company. Also helped on developing the public facing Kiosk system that consumes the data.I've also been introduced on doing Business requirements gathering, training to upskill as a Business Analyst.

As a Junior, I was given tasks to be accomplished within a timeframe. - Initially tried to write the database schema, failed. Corrected by my mentors quickly and learned a lot.- Started developing an Admin portal to manage most of the data and properties for distribution- Started learning more on Web fundamentals and Databases

- Evangelized Microsoft Tech - Conducted seminars and trainings for Universities and Events - Developed Applications for Windows Phone ( Visual Studio 2010, C# ) and Windows 8 ( Visual Studio 2012, HTML5/JavaScript )

- Assist companies in migration of on-premise Web Applications to Windows Azure- Windows Azure technical skill transfer to company's IT employees
