Key Performance Areas• Stock forecasting & Stock control• Quality Assurance• Product Onboarding/Promos• GeneralANNEXURE AStock forecasting & Stock control• Monitor stock levels for both CCD and Caffenu (raw and finished stock)• Interpret weekly stock reports and flag anything unusual (minus stock)• Place purchase orders (local and international)• Arrange delivery and collection of stock and/or orders• Oversee and/or dispatch & receive in stock as needed• Ensure all stock coming and leaving is correct and up to spec (otherwise flag with supplier)• Label incoming stock, ensure right stock codes are used• Input stock changes when required to keep stock system updated on Sales Channels (Store/Takealot etc.)• Adjust and manage stock pricing on purchase orders• Conducting of stock takes as needed• Input and control finished goods from production• Forecast stock for coffee production and get approval by Management• Help implement, manage and oversee a new inventory management system (Palladium)Quality Assurance• Record and file product COA's for HACCP Purposes• Flag old artwork versus new artwork products and inform Marketing Team of any changes• Monitor expiry dates of products and flag soon to expire stock items monthly• Ensure soon to expire stock is used first by Warehouse Team (weekly checks)• Ensure that all stock is stored correctly and clearly labelled• Record any stock spillage/wastage that occurs within the warehouse and notify managementaccordinglyProduct Onboarding/Promos• Onboarding products onto Store, Takealot and Takealot Retail (loadsheets)• Suggest product promos for Store and Takealot based on stock availability and based on profit margin• Manage price changes for products on all platforms• Ensure to flag or correct product listings that are not converting or not formatted correctly• Make sure Takealot charges us correct fees, ie handling fees, succession fees per product but also storage fees
