Currently he is CSR Transition Specialist at Unilin, Mohawk Group.Rudolph volunteered in several foundations and committees, concerned with improvement of ethical and sustainable standards within business supply chains. He actively took part in the Fashion Coalition 2025 of MVO Netherlands; was a member of the Steering Committee of Textile Exchange, developing the Sustainable Wool Standard and became an observer on the Steering Committee of FAO's Livestock Environmental Assessment and Performance Partnership, LEAP, which mission is the improvement of the environmental performance of livestock supply chains. For the Responsible Ecosystem Sourcing Platform (RESP) Rudolph joined the executive committee and volunteered being the chair of the the Wool Working Group.
