I led the product design efforts to validate and scale a "Try before you buy" business model.Customers used an Everwear virtual card to purchase clothing, allowing them to try the items at home before deciding. If they chose to keep the clothing, the cost was charged to their own funds. If they decided to return the items, the money was refunded directly to the virtual card.My role involved designing end-to-end user experiences that seamlessly guided customers through the trial process, ensuring conversion. I collaborated closely with the founding team to develop user flows, prototypes, and visual designs for mobile platforms. Additionally, I conducted user research, usability testing, to refine the product experience, optimize the trial-to-purchase funnel, and increase retention.We built first version of the app and ran it for 5 months. As we faced many scaling issues and after multiple experiments we decided to shut it down and move to next venture (Settle)

Fairy provided 30-60 minute daily "hotel-like" cleaning services tailored for busy professionals and families. Subscription based.My Role as Founding Designer and Design Leader:- Played a leadership role in building and managing the engineering team in Ukraine, including organizing an office.- Hired and managed a small design team, fostering growth and collaboration to deliver on the company’s strategic goals.- Collaborated closely with the CEO and engineers to define product direction and maintain an effective development cycle process.- Wore many hats, including taking on product management responsibilities, to align design, development, and business goals.- Led end-to-end product design, from exploration through execution, for both the customer-facing and housekeeper-facing apps.- Optimized user acquisition funnels and onboarding processes, driving high demand and ensuring we successfully managed thousands of effective cleanings each month.- Conducted user experience research, and iterated based on testing and feedback to enhance service reliability and customer satisfaction.- Designed and launched a marketplace platform of housekeepers, ensuring seamless interaction between residents and service providers.- Developed brand identity and marketing design initiatives, establishing a consistent and compelling visual presence across channels.*Fairy was later acquired by Postmates.*

Co-founded as an agency of two. Through 2009-2014 worked first on websites and commercial illustration, later apps and eventually started doing more product work. Keepa was named ”Awwwards world top 100 studios” in 2012. 4 wins of site of the day on Awwwards between 2012 and 2013.
