Team Manager at Edtech Organization

I am working in Lenovo-Motorola Skill Academy a CSR joint venture conducted by Edubridge Learning Pvt Ltd. I was in charge of every aspect of projects within center and some beyond it also. Along with was observing the daily activities of center team like trainers, counseling, placement and housekeeping staffs. For me providing quality to the customers (i.e. Enrolled Students) will bring our goal closer with less traditional effort. Thus I make surprise visit to every team members if they are doing their concern duties in sincerity. Center sanitation and infrastructure report is also a primary concern, so it was in a close view of me on daily basis. I was conducting weekly development report of each staff to develop their abilities.My achievement was I had successfully completed the target given to the center for two consecutive years within stipulated period.
