Aided in imaging module redesign research. The project is motivated by separate NAVAIR and Pratt and Whitney funded research efforts studying cutting edge multi-property measurements of vector velocity, temperature, and density in varying flow environments using Filtered Rayleigh scattering (FRS). My primary responsibility on this project was to provide a detailed design of a new imaging module for FRS measurements using Solidworks.

Prepare documentation for design, testing and validation of class II medical devices per FDA standards in an ISO 13485 regulated environment.3. Execute test protocols to validate designs for 510K submissions.4. Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) for the upcoming projects.

A member of low level controls sub-team. Used Raspberry Pi and Arduino interconnected with Robotic Operating Software (ROS) to tackle the agBOT 2019 challenge.

Performed finite element analysis (ANSYS) on the rocket bulkheads. The analysis also helped optimize the bulkhead design eliminating non-load bearing material, hence making it cheaper as well as reducing the dry mass of the rocket.
