Responsible for doing Annual Business Plan including Enquiry, Enrolments, Booking & Billing targets and ensure to achieve the same thru making weekly Direct Marketing activities, Advertisements, Seminars thru network centres. Worked as a Regional System Administrator and administering Web and Mail Server with Windows NT 4.0, IIS and MS-Proxy Server, etc. Also responsible for implemeting Manual to Computerised Systems using Centre Automation System (eCAS), Online Semester End Exam System (OSES) and Aptech Online Curriculum at all Aptech Network Centres of various brands.During this time I also handled Software implementation of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and other corporate like Bajaj Auto Limited etc.

Worked as a Regional Support Executive where the job includes providing support to the Franchisee Centers of the Gujarat Region under which there are about 50+ centers of different brands such as Aptech Computer Education, Asset International, Arena Multimedia, etc., We are also maintaining a In-house system for the data management and analysis of the performance of Centers and students. I also initiated and visits centers for fairness of education and examination system time to time. As a part of the job conducting training programs of guidelines manuals related to center support for achieving quality standard of ISO 9001. Also responsible for implementation of ISO manuals at Our Dept. and Centers. As a Center System Administrator taking care of all Software and Hardware related matters of Center with 75 plus computers. Also as a Group Leader responsible for course conduct of all batches under my group. And as a faculty I am taking classes and practical sessions for Course Curriculum batches as well as Corporate batches for Many Schools Teachers (e.g Navarachana International High School), Bank Employees (e.g BOB) and International clients (e.g Medtronic India Pvt. Ltd, ONGC, NTPC etc)
