*Sales and marketing (Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms)* Administrative work (Key in sales, SPA checking, Microsoft power point, Microsoft Excel)-managing all paperwork while complying with legal paperwork procedures, scheduling appointments with clients for final walkthroughs, and acting as a liaison for all involved stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.*Deal with Agent commission & Legal fees payment.-Managing Agents & Lawyers payments by preparing/proceeding their invoices (Microsoft Excel/ Word)* Reports- Peformance Report- Payout Report- A3 Report (Sales Tracking)- Reminder & Termination Report*Able to work with Wiz System & Road Runner System for property data use. -Systems used to key buyer details and proceed with property related data entry and functions.

*Housing Inspection-Inspect Houses before handing over key. *Administrative work (Booking form, SPA checking, Sales Key in, Filing, Assisting Manager)- oversees the day-to-day operations of real estate offices and coordinate with property manager.*Wiz system used for key in property data and other operations.
