For the past 12 years I have been providing non-invasive, unbiased inspections of single family residences, multi unit commercial apartment buildings, townhomes and condominiums, as well as swimming pools, spas and associated water features. During the inspection my focus is on safety and function with the understanding that in today's real estate environment, the buyers, sellers and agents alike all have an interest in proper disclosure protocol.
