Post at 4 different posts around the camp, make sure everyone who enters the facility has permission to enter and has employee badge. Check vehicles and log down license plate , log down company employee works for and time entering the facility and leaving the facility. Scan in and out employees at Pecos Children Center , check for Covid-19 symptoms and Covid-19 stickers make sure sticker is up to date. Make sure every employee scanned in is following rules and regulations, wearing a mask and have the proper PPE on when inside the facility. Conduct perimeter checks walk around Pecos Children Center observe and report any incidents to supervisor. Make incident reports write down the time and date and who, what, when , where , why, and how. Communicate to team using radios and proper communication. Write down a Daily Activity Report sheet day to day reporting every hour on 12 hour shift. Report what post of the camp we are located at every two hours and rotate every 2 hours to next post. Work with a partner for 12 hours a day and communicate as a team. Turn in Daily Activity Report and Incident Report paperwork at the end of every shift. Operate the gates to facility using a control. Stand in front of gate while opening and closing making sure no employees or UC’s exit the facility through the vehicle gate. Assist the youth care workers with retrieving soccer balls when they are kicked over the fence. Work shift from 6am-6pm.
