With working knowledge in lean manufacturing, agile methodologies, food safety and quality management audits, production planning and controllership, basic equipment care, line preventive maintenance, and start-up management.

Led the start-up team of the following projects: Project Unicorn (Swiss Miss Funtasy Mallows). Evaluated the start-up readiness of Powdered Beverage Line 1 using start-up management protocols prior to the commercial launch of the new product. Achieved 97% of the required manufacturing standards before start-up, versus 85% target. Project Cheetah Phase 2 (Powdered Beverage Line 1 Capacity Increase for Great Taste Supreme Production). Co-led the start-up of Powdered Beverage Line 1's 150% capacity increase by commissioning four additional vertical-form-fill-seal packaging machines. Coordinated commissioning activities with the engineering project team and the start-up team, and led the installation qualification (IQ) for the new machines.

Gained cross-functional training across multiple manufacturing departments, including Quality Assurance, Finance, EHS, Planning and Logistics, Production Controllership and Management, Engineering, and Maintenance, providing a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process.Key achievements include:▪︎ Led projects focused on improving work processes through loss mapping, time and motion studies, and line balancing. Successfully implemented systems to enhance cycle time efficiency in powder mix manufacturing by 20%. ▪︎ Standardized a recovery system for the coffee line’s blended powder from packaging rejections, boosting the recovery rate from 3% to an average of 96%.▪︎ Developed and authored critical documentation such as work instructions, one-point lessons, and prerequisite Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) programs.

Conducted chemical analysis and testing in the Geological Sciences Laboratory.Proposed an internship project focused on wastewater remediation using a Solar Shallow Pond Photocatalytic Reactor System, with the aid of a Zinc Oxide-Graphene composite immobilized in polystyrene.
